Ubiquitania: Application of Order for the Extraction of Value—Infinite Resource Speculation upon a Dwindling Frontier

Who owns the impurities in the water as it flows through contaminated bodies to be filtered by bodies living? Who owns the air that breathes through your lungs and exhales into the winds of violent destruction? Who owns the sky above your head and the earth far beneath your toes as they move through the sand of constructed land? Precedents of grand audacity have stretched the extents of what is acceptable. Standards of unconditional ubiquity have defined the extents of what is expectable. Marionettes of men in suits have professed the extents of what is profitable. Vested conglomerates with hands under tables have drawn the extents of what is extractable.

And yet, this conduct eschews the consequences of its deliberately constructed destruction. Land must provide a return on investment. There are no exceptions. The application of order is the production of a resource and the justification for dispossession; a resource does not exist until it is claimed and documented, and it ceases to exist once a return on investment is not viable.
